Refai International Group to Deliver Project Management Services to COTA
COLUMBUS, OH., March 27, 2024, - Refai International Group (Refai) is proud to announce our award of Central Ohio Transit Authority’s (COTA) "On-Call Project Management/Construction Management Services" project, through our partnership with Hill International, Inc., the prime contractor. This multi-year initiative aims to deliver engineering and construction management services across COTA’s project portfolio on a task order basis. Projects within COTA’s portfolio ranges from bus shelters and streetscape infrastructure to the management of transit center rehabilitation and park & ride construction.

Refai International Group Awarded Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure Project
COLUMBUS, OH., January 5, 2024 - Refai International Group (Refai), as part of a consortium led by HDR
Inc., was awarded Central Ohio Transit Authority’s (COTA) "Design Services for the Battery Electric Bus
Charging Infrastructure - Phase 2" This program advances the delivery of sustainable, safe, reliable, and
cost-effective public transportation services in the rapidly growing Central Ohio Region.
The scope of the project involves comprehensive architecture and engineering services to design,
implement and deliver eighty (80) new battery electric bus charging stations at COTA’s Fields Avenue
and McKinley Avenue Facilities. This project not only underscores our commitment to advancing
sustainable infrastructure but also Refai’s innovative design and engineering solutions that cater to the
future of public transportation. We are proud to provide Construction administration to this
transformative project and look forward to contributing our expertise towards a greener future.
